SHIPPING POLICES

We process orders for shipping Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. Standard Service shipping requested orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, on Sunday or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Free standard shipping in all US orders. The customer pays for express shipping, and it is available upon request. Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm EST will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped (excluding weekends and Holidays)- pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization.  Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise and credit card authorization.  

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults prior to shipping.  

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

Packages are shipped via UPS or USPS and we offer different shipping options for delivery within the United States. Please note, at this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Please allow 3 to 10 business days after placing your order for processing.

Please note that your order is Custom Made please allow 3 to 10 business days after placing your order for processing. Email us to customerservice@claudiaamaya.us for any order updates. Styles with beading work (The beading is made in India, takes 6 weeks to 2 months to be ship after placing your order for processing).


*All orders are shipped using UPS & USPS. You may select the signature required option to ensure that the package is delivered to the correct recipient. If for some reason your package is lost or stolen after it is delivered, UPS or USPS will need to Investigate. You will not be refunded for your order until the UPS or USPS investigation is completed, and we have verification that the package was not delivered to you successfully.

 

Express orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm EST will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped (excluding weekends and Holidays) - pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization.  At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, US territories or International shipping.  We currently do not offer Saturday delivery.

All orders are shipped using UPS & USPS, insured for the value of goods. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped. Please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track the progress of your shipped order via UPS or USPS:

  • Find the UPS & USPS tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Click on the tracking number link to view your item's tracking page on the UPS or USPS website. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, visit https://www.ups.com/ and https://www.usps.com/ and enter your number to track your order shipment.
